Celluplas is a bio-based (ASTM D6866), biodegradable (ISO-14855), and food-safe (EU 10/2011) cellulose acetate resin. This phthalate-free, plant-derived material emits only 0.17kg CO2eq—a 95% carbon reduction compared to conventional Polypropylene (PP).
Celluplas Film (CPF) is produced from thermoplastic cellulose acetate resin via melt extrusion. Unlike traditional films, it can be processed using standard equipment (e.g., casting or BOPP) with high output and zero organic solvents. While maintaining similar aesthetics and mechanical properties to competitors, CPF offers superior barrier performance. It is fully certified for food contact (EU No. 10/2011) and biodegradability (ISO 14855-1).
